Gremain

Gremain was once a desert stronghold flanked by mighty iron towers, but the city of Gremain has become overgrown with nature. While it is not as tall as other major cities of the Seven Kingdoms, it has expanded outwards in myriad directions, following some of the tribal trade routes of the Gnolls.

The longest standing solid buildings are military academies and temples. Stone is rarely used in buildings, with wooden houses as the most common, but tents and yurts still used by the more traditional populace. The city seems to have a shifting quality because of this ephemeral state, but acts as one united organism when it comes to defending itself and managing any supplies. The animals around the city have changed in the centuries since The Green was introduced to the Gnoll Plains. They have adapted to a less harsh way of life, but are still amongst the more stubborn and stalwart creatures. Predators hunt the areas outside of the city, only to be killed or tamed by the Gnolls, depending on their mood.

During The Draconic War, Gremain became a haven to The Resistance, with temples to the Chosen at the centre of the city square and an order of priests who still worship them.
